8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. sliced black olives
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 c. cooked chicken, cut into chunks
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Cook the lasagna noodles per the directions on the package and drain. Combine the remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Spread about 1/4 of the mixture in a large casserole dish and cover with a layer of noodles. Put 1/4 of the cheese over the noodles and repeat until all of the mixture is done. Do not add the last layer of cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
You can also use turkey in place of the chicken.
