12 banana peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 c. shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
Wash and clean peppers, cut off the top and clean out inside. Pierce a small hole in the bottom of the pepper to let out steam. Mix ground beef, onions, cheese and 1 egg together. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in pan on high heat. Mix 1 egg and milk mixture; dip peppers in mixture. Coat pepper in flour, dip again and roll in flour again coating all surfaces. Put in hot oil and cook until brown.
