1 pkg yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 C. applesauce
1 8 oz pkg lemon yogurt
3 C. blueberries
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
whipped topping, optional
Combine all ingredients except the blueberries. Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan, place a layer of blueberries and top with remaining batter.
Bake at 350°F degrees for about 1 hour. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning out onto a rack to cool completely.
