2 lbs. pork ribs
1 C. ketchup
1/4 C. vinegar
1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake ribs in oven for 1 hour and drain off excess fat. Combine sauce ingredients while ribs are baking. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake another hour and baste 2 or 3 times during baking process.
