2 c. ham, diced small
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Pimientos to taste
2 pre-baked pie shells
1 c. American cheese, grated
3 tbs. flour
1 1/2 c. Milk
Saute onions and pepper in butter until tender. Drain and set aside. Combine milk and flour to make a white sauce and add it to the onions and pepper and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add ham to mixture. Pour the mixture into baked pie shells and top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 until cheese melts.
