1 lg. cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. vinegar, heated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. salad oil
Salt to taste
In a small saucepan, heat vinegar on low. Once the vinegar is warm, add in the dry ingredients. Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion in a bowl and pour the hot vinegar mixture over the top. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
