1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed tight
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
4 oz. banana liqueur
6 bananas, sliced lengthwise
2 oz. rum
Vanilla ice cream
Melt the butter. Add sugar, cinnamon, and banana liqueur and mix all well. Cook for a few minutes to thicken. Add bananas and saute until soft and slightly browned. Add rum and heat well. Serve over ice cream.
