1 1/2 cups flat beer
3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1 /2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. quick-rise active dry yeast
Mix all ingredients and knead until smooth. Form into balls. Cover and let rise for at least 45 minutes to an hour and then roll out for pizza.
