1 London Broil Steak
12 oz. red wine
1/4 C. water
3 tbsp. grated ginger
4 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Score the steak with diagonal lines to allow marinate to penetrate the steak. Mix all ingredients together and marinate the meat in the mixture overnight.
When ready to cook begin by preheating the oven to 400°F.
Place the steak as close to the heating element as possible. Broil until the top side is browned, flip, and cook other side until browned.
