12-16 oz. salmon
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
In a greased casserole dish, mix all ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
