4 C. Warm Water
4 yeast cakes
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp Shortening
10 C. Flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water and mix in remaining ingredients to make soft dough (not sticky). Let rise for 15 minutes and knead into 4 loaves. Let dough stand in greased pans for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
