Scalloped Potatoes with Pork Chops

6 ingredients

Pork chops, Browned
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Make a layer of potatoes, carrots and onions in the bottom of a casserole dish and cover with half of the soup. Make a second layer of potatoes, carrots and onions and cover with remaining soup. Place browned pork chops on top and cove the dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 250 for 2 hours removing foil for the last 10 minutes.
