7 oz. powdered sugar
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
14 oz. butter
7 oz. grated almonds
4 oz. granulated sugar
3 ½ C. Flour
Cream butter and granulated sugar together. Mix ½ flour with almonds, add to butter. Continue to add flour until the consistency of putty about 3 ½ cups. Shape into balls and flatten with fork. Bake 15 in 350 degrees. When cool dip in powdered sugar.
