1 C. raw rice
2 qt. Cold water
2 tsp. salt
1 ½ C. diced ham
¼ C. butter
1 tbs. onion
1 ½ tsp. salt and pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs beaten (add eggs last)
Bring water to a rapid boil and reduce heat. Boil without stirring for about 12 minutes. Drain and cover add remaining ingredients (eggs last) and serve.
