Creamed Onions

5 ingredients

4 whole onions
½ stick butter (melted)
2 tbs. flour
2 C. Milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook onions in salt water for 45 minutes. Remove onions and dice them. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients adding the milk slowly. Pour over onions and heat to desired temperature and serve.
