16 oz. olive oil
3 cans tomato paste
1/4 clove garlic, Minced
3 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. oregano
3 lg. onions
2 lg. cans water
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
Fill a large sauce pan approximately 1/4 inch with olive oil and add minced garlic clove. Heat on medium heat until oil is warm and whisk in tomato paste. Stir approximately 15 minutes and add 2 to 3 cans of water, onions, parsley, oregano. Mix well and keep on medium heat on stove top for 30 minutes. Add cans of tomato sauce, Mix well, cover with lid and let simmer on low heat for 2 hours. for thicher sauce, add flower to desired thickness.
