1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 cc cultured buttermilk
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 pinch of finely chopped dill
water
Spoon into a 375 degree hot oil pot, until they float and are a golden brown. For a more crunchy effect cook until dark brown.
