1 chicken, cut up
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. peppercorn, crushed
2 bay leaves, whole
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar
Saute garlic until light brown; add chicken, peppercorn, soy sauce, bay leaves for 10 minutes. Then add soy sauce and vinegar; cover for 1 1/2 hours on low flame.
