1/4 small onion, finely diced
1/4 small green pepper, finely diced
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
5 cloves garlic, pressed
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can tomatoes with jalapeno peppers
Crisco
Saute onion and green pepper in Crisco. Add pimentos, garlic and tomatoes and jalapeno peppers. Add cheese and simmer on low heat until cheese is melted.
